At NPP Loyal Ladies, we believe healthy women build stronger communities—and leading that vision is Rebecca Kumah, our dedicated Director of Health.

Rebecca is an accomplished nursing professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, currently serving as a Principal Nursing Officer and Sub-Municipal Head of Nursing and Midwifery. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Ghana and currently persuing MA in Health Law and Ethics at the University of Ghana, School of Law. She has also received advanced trainings in Health Administration and Management, Leadership and Management, Policy Development and Advocacy, HIV/AIDS Management, and Women’s Health.

Beyond the hospital, Rebecca has championed community health through public education, health screenings, advocacy, and mentorship. Her work has taken her from frontline COVID-19 care to national health initiatives, international training in Japan, and women’s health empowerment programmes.

Her passion for service, prevention, and community wellness makes her an invaluable member of the NPP Loyal Ladies leadership team.
