WHO ARE WE
NPP Loyal Ladies is a network of 32,000+ women across Ghana and the diaspora, united by a shared commitment to leadership, empowerment, service and meaningful participation in public life. Founded on 6 March 2016, we have grown into a diverse network of women from different generations, professions, communities and countries. We are proudly aligned with the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and provide platforms that enable women to participate, lead, connect and contribute - within politics and beyond.
WHAT WE DO
Our work focuses on the areas that matter to the growth and advancement of women: Leadership & Mentorship: Developing confident women equipped to take on leadership roles. Business & Economic Empowerment: Supporting women to build businesses, develop skills and pursue economic independence. Training & Opportunities: Creating access to learning, professional development, jobs, mentorship and networking. Community & Service: Supporting communities through outreach, welfare and service initiatives. Health & Wellbeing: Promoting women’s health, wellbeing and access to relevant support. Political & Public Participation: Encouraging women to participate meaningfully in political and public life. Diaspora & Global Connections: Connecting Ghanaian women across borders and creating opportunities for international exchange and collaboration.
Our Network
From Ghana to the diaspora, Loyal Ladies brings women together through national, regional, constituency and international structures. Our network extends across countries including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Malaysia.
Our Belief
We believe leadership is not defined by a title. It begins when a woman recognizes her voice, develops her potential and chooses to make a difference. When women are equipped to lead, communities become stronger.

10 Years of Loyalty & Impact In 2026, NPP Loyal Ladies celebrates 10 years of building a network of women committed to leadership, service and progress. As we enter our next decade, we are building an even more connected, digitally enabled and opportunity-driven network for women across Ghana and around the world.
