Behind every great movement is strong research, sound strategy, and informed decision-making—and that’s exactly what Olivia Agyemang brings to NPP Loyal Ladies.

Olivia currently serves as the Director of Academic Affairs at Takoradi Technical University, where she provides strategic leadership in academic administration, policy implementation, and institutional development. She holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies with Linguistics, both from the University of Ghana.

An accomplished administrator, researcher, and published academic, Olivia has served on numerous university boards and committees and is passionate about using research and data to drive meaningful change.

As our Director of Research, she is committed to providing the insights, analysis, and evidence-based strategies that will strengthen NPP Loyal Ladies as we empower women, inspire leadership, and contribute to rebuilding a stronger New Patriotic Party.
