These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NPP Loyal Ladies Member Portal website and the NPP Loyal Ladies mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by NPP Loyal Ladies, the women's wing of the New Patriotic Party ("NPP Loyal Ladies", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for members and prospective members of NPP Loyal Ladies. To register, you must provide accurate information, including your name, phone number, and email address, and you are responsible for keeping this information up to date and for safeguarding your password. You must be at least 18 years old to register for membership. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you should notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Membership status, tier, and approval are determined by NPP Loyal Ladies at its discretion. Creating an account does not by itself guarantee approved membership.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Some areas of the Service (such as community feeds, posts, likes, and birthday wishes) allow members to share content visible to other members. You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant NPP Loyal Ladies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at our discretion.
The Service may display news articles and content aggregated from third-party publishers (for example, the "Ghana News" feed) and links to external websites or services (such as event pages). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party sources, and inclusion of such content does not imply our endorsement of it.
The Service, including its design, logos, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to NPP Loyal Ladies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service as intended.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPP Loyal Ladies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or points/rewards, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how to do this. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your membership with NPP Loyal Ladies ends or is suspended.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
